- Active MC & USDOT authority
- $1M auto liability + $100k cargo insurance
- Satisfactory or unrated safety rating
- Tractor 2010 or newer with ELD
- Signed KLF sub-haul agreement + W-9
- Valid CDL-A with 2+ years experience
